How Harmony Works

Three disciplines. One coordinated program.

Every patient journey at Harmony moves through three clinical pillars — each answering a different question about brain health.

01

Diagnostics

What is happening physiologically. Neurological and neurophysiological diagnostics, including clinical EEG, when there is medical indication.

02

Cognitive Assessment

Which cognitive functions are affected. Objective, technology-driven testing across attention, memory, processing speed and executive function.

A New Addition to Harmony

Mental health & behavioral counseling

Alongside our neurocognitive programs, Harmony now offers evidence-based mental health counseling — led by Rosa Barroso, LMHC, and Dr. Jorge Mayor, PhD, MS, LMHC. Pairing objective brain-function data with real psychotherapeutic support gives patients a more complete picture of what they're working with, and a coordinated plan to address it.

Play Therapy

An evidence-based approach for clients of all ages, especially children, who use play as a natural way to explore experiences and express thoughts and emotions they can't yet put into words.

Group Therapy

Structured sessions with a small group of peers facing similar challenges — anxiety, grief, or emotional regulation — building a support network alongside individual progress.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

A solutions-focused, structured approach that helps identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns — building practical tools to manage anxiety, mood, and everyday stress.

NLP & EMDR

Neuro-Linguistic Programming to strengthen self-awareness and communication, paired with EMDR — a structured method using bilateral stimulation to help reprocess distressing memories.
